Taking into account of the particulars of the recruitment activities, the profile RADHAR was conceived to achieve the following goals: 

to be able to understand the behaviour of candidates in  professional contexts (stress, motivation, decision-making, leadership) through a rigorous approach (cognitive sciences)

to avoid scaring away potentially good candidates by an investigation far too psychological. 

to enrich the file given to the final user (manager or customer) with a personality description of candidates without any internal psychological investigation.

Designed by HRI, the Profile RADHAR is based on the model of " cerebral Typologies " of which the scientific support is the " cognitive sciences " which integrate disciplines such as psychology, sociology, biology and the neurosciences.
