profile RADHAR was conceived
to achieve the following goals:

to be able to understand the behaviour of candidates in professional contexts (stress, motivation, decision-making,
leadership) through a rigorous approach (cognitive sciences)
2°
to avoid scaring away potentially good candidates by an investigation far
too psychological.

to enrich the file given to the final user (manager or customer)
with a personality description of candidates without any internal
psychological investigation.
